Going Postal was our group name which came from the idea that we would all have to post pieces to each other because we were all “remote learners” from COVID. 

We created UOVO as a way to help a person connect with their friend if one of them had to self isolate. Each person would have a device posted to them and would light up only when both “egg” shapes were sitting on their bases. This would tell them that their friend was ready to talk. 

We designed it in a way to help break habitual social media use and only have the person pick up their phone when ready to talk to one another.
