Glo aims to relieve stress at the desk. Glo provides a gentle light to help take you through a breathing exercise, with positive effects to the body and mind. Take 3 minutes out of your work to recentre and clear your head before getting back to it. Use the box as many times as you like to keep your mind clear throughout the day. When the box is on its face, a timer starts following the pomodoro technique, which gives a 5 minute break every 25 minutes of work. Glo alerts you to this break with a subtle glow of light; subtle enough that if you are focused it wont distract you, but will still be there to remind you to have a break or relieve some stress.
